These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the analytics platform and related services (the “Service”) provided by MELT STUDIOS (“we”, “our”, or “us”). MELT STUDIOS is a social media agency providing strategic and operational management of clients’ social media channels, including but not limited to TikTok. The Service is a tool we use to support and enhance our work for clients. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Service

The Service is intended for use by MELT STUDIOS and authorized team members to:

  • Manage and analyze social media performance for clients.
  • Support strategic and operational decision-making in client campaigns.
  • Facilitate reporting and insights across platforms.
    While TikTok is the initial focus, the Service may expand to include other platforms such as Instagram in the future.
3. Description of Service

The Service allows authorized users to:

  • Connect client social media accounts via official APIs (currently TikTok, potentially Instagram later).
  • Upload performance data manually (e.g., CSV imports).
  • View analytics, performance metrics, and related insights.
     The Service does not post, edit, or delete content on behalf of clients without explicit written consent.
4. Client Authorization & Responsibilities

When connecting a client’s account, you confirm that the client has provided explicit authorization for MELT STUDIOS to access their analytics data.
Authorized users must:

  • Access the Service only for approved client work.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, TikTok’s Developer Policies, and any other relevant platform policies.
  • Not use the Service for unauthorized scraping, spamming, or data collection outside agreed project scopes.
5. Data Access and Use

Data retrieved through the Service is used solely for:

  • Analytics and performance tracking.
  • Reporting to clients.
  • Improving campaign strategy.
    We do not sell or rent data to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and content, is the property of MELT STUDIOS or its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MELT STUDIOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.

  • Manually provided data: Tags, goals, or notes entered into the Service by MELT STUDIOS staff.

  • Client-provided materials: Any additional information clients share for campaign management or reporting purposes.

We use client social media data to:

All connected accounts must have explicit client authorization for MELT STUDIOS to process their data.
